Kanga Training is a workout session like no other in that it completely takes every need of a young mother and her baby into consideration. This effective postnatal workout guides you gently through the exercises, while your baby securely cuddles with you and enjoys your nearness in their carrier. Kanga training pays particular attention to pelvic floor exercises while also making sure that these are done gently and carefully. Additional focus is given to correct normal body posture with your baby and the strengthening of core abdominal muscles.
