Yoga for Pregnancy
This yoga class is designed for pregnant women to stay healthy, fit and relaxed during the months of pregnancy and to prepare for the moment of birth.
We start and end with relaxation, continue with different breathing exercises, continue with sun salutations and a sequence of Yoga poses and exercises that are designed to strengthen and stretch the body and especially the pelvic floor in preparation for birth. Practicing Yoga is a very gentle and nourishing way to help a pregnant women to stay both, physically and mentally, healthy and balanced.
